about

The cover art for Fallow is a picture taken in the countryside of the southwestern Bruce Peninsula in Ontario. To listen through the entire album with headphones is meant to recreate or approximate the feeling of being in a field in the countryside of southern Ontario in late July, complete with chirping cicadas, hidden crickets and grass snakes. There’s nothing to do, and nowhere to be. Judging from the red-winged blackbird, there’s probably a marsh nearby.
